The real purpose of Islamic education is to prepare students so that later they become Muslims who can adjust their lives according to Islamic teachings and have noble character. The phenomenon of the moral collapse of students that is happening today is an illustration of the failure of the educational process and includes the lack of ethical education in public schools. Well, this is where Islamic boarding schools play an important role as the best reflection of Islamic education, Islamic boarding schools have their own way of internalizing ethical values, one of which is through moral learning through the Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim book which admits to be able to give birth to students who have good morals and character. have ethics. The main issues of the thesis that will be discussed in this thesis are how to internalize the ethics of learning the book of Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim and what factors affect the internalization of the ethics of learning the book of Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim to students at Islamic Boarding Schools Al-Ihlas Averroes Nepen Krecek Badas Kediri. In accordance with its nature, this research is a field research using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in the Al-Ihlas Averroes Islamic Boarding School, Nepen Krecek, Badas, Kediri. So for the technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation, then the data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the research obtained by the author are that the internalization of the ethical value of learning the book of Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim to students at the Al-Ihlas Averroes Islamic Boarding School Nepen Krecek Badas Kediri through the process of listening, asking questions, giving responses to living. By exemplary efforts, habituation, giving advice, and finally giving motivation and sanctions. The forms of learning ethics that are internalized to the students of the Al-Ihlas Averroes Islamic boarding school include the ethics of intending to start learning (learning), the ethics of glorifying the teacher, the ethics of glorifying the book, the ethics of utilizing study time, and ethics in being serious and trust in studying. Its success can be seen and known from the daily lives of Averroes students and the obedience of Averroes students to discipline. Then the factor, as for the supporting factors for the internalization of ethical values in the students of the Al-Ihlas Averroes Islamic Boarding School, namely the average teacher graduates from the boarding school in the sense that the teacher is an alumni of the boarding school and the cottage environment. While the inhibiting factors for internalizing values are the home environment and some of the students from general school graduates so that it can have a bad influence on the cottage.
